Invest in earth’s song: A Living Legacy
a regenerative sanctuary rooted in soul and stewardship
The Vision
A Caribbean sanctuary where the rhythms of the Earth guide healing, sustainability, and community connection. Earth Song is my personal home and a heart-led land project that opens seasonally for:
Eco-luxury vacation rentals (4)
High-impact, intimate retreats
Community learning and wellness programs
Hosting doctors + health researches that volunteer their expertise to underserved locals & indigenous
The sanctuary is designed to be regenerative — for the land, the people who visit, and the surrounding community.
Why Now
We are living in a time of accelerated disconnection — from ourselves, from each other, and from the Earth. In the United States and beyond, mental health is rapidly declining. Many people are burnt out, overwhelmed, and seeking places where they can rest, remember what matters, and reconnect with nature and community.
At the same time, Costa Rica and Panama are changing fast. With rising tourism, disappearing forests, and increasing costs of living for locals, this is a critical window to protect land, honor culture, and build regeneratively — not extractively. This project is rooted in deep integrity and long-term vision. It offers something rare:
- A peaceful refuge for healing and belonging
- A home for cultural exchange, ecological education, and community-based wellness
- A legacy investment that contributes to something meaningful — long after the high season ends.
We are ready to move forward — but it requires aligned financial backing now, before land becomes inaccessible and development priorities shift even further away from ethics, sustainability, and soul.
Why earth song
This isn’t a new dream — it’s a natural next step in a life already deeply woven with the rhythms, challenges, and beauty of the Caribbean. I’ve lived in Central America for a few years. Not as a vacationer— but as someone who’s worked alongside farmers, healthcare workers, permaculture experts, herbalists, land stewards, and woodworkers. I’ve built with my hands, studied the land, and earned trust the only way you can here: by showing up again and again, with respect. I’ve seen the seasons change — not just the weather, but the tides of tourism, the cost of living, the cutting of forests, and the resilience of local communities. I understand what respectful growth looks like, and I know how extractive tourism fails everyone in the long run. I’m not an outsider parachuting in. I’m the connector — with the vision, the relationships, and the commitment to make this project not just viable, but vital. I’ll be living full-time on the land, guiding Earth Song as it evolves: slowly, soulfully, and in harmony with the place and people it belongs to.
Investor Invitation
I am seeking a single aligned investor (or a couple) with capacity to contribute between $220,000-$250,000 to co-create this sanctuary in its first phase. This includes:
Land purchase & legal setup
Development of eco-casitas + foundational infrastructure
Solar, water, and permaculture systems
Furnishings, off-grid appliances, and launch costs
We are only interested in aligned, heart-led investors who understand this is more than a business — it's a legacy.
The Offer
This is a hybrid model — part gift, part financial stake:
A lifetime vacation home for you and your family (scheduled use of casitas)
Share in future rental income or special event profits
Repayment of up to $50,000 within 10 years, interest-free (the rest is considered gifted capital)
U.S. & Costa Rican tax benefits through fiscal partnership with a registered nonprofit
Social Impact
When not in use by guests, the sanctuary will host:
Volunteer medical professionals traveling to the area to support our partner, a long standing non-profit organization providing free healthcare and integrative medicine to locals.
Skill-building workshops for locals using 10% of all retreat profits (financial literacy, herbalism, farm-to-table dieting, sustainable systems, etc.)
Retreats for regeneration — for healers, space holders, and conscious leaders
Values
This project honors the diversity of the Caribbean — where all skin tones, sexual orientations, gender expressions, and cultural backgrounds can feel welcomed — as long as the local way of life is respected.
Who This is for

Respects intuition, feminine leadership, holistic wellness & community

Proven impact: highlights
In our first year of opening (2024), Earth’s Song Eco Sanctuary has demonstrated meaningful impact across community engagement, education, cultural exchange, and environmental regeneration. Here are some of our highlights:
🌍 Welcoming the World: Hosted over 50 guests from 10 different countries, many of which we offered personalized nature-based services to nourish their nervous systems and spark deep inner transformation.
🌀 Jung-Inspired Integration Workshop: Facilitated an intimate retreat rooted in Carl Jung-inspired practices, bringing together local retreat leaders and participants. All contributions were kept low-cost to cover food only, making the experience accessible and collaborative.
🔥 Community House Party (Organized in Under 72 Hours): Brought together 40+ attendees, including two local DJs, with zero damage or disturbances—just music, bonfires, card games, and new neighborhood connections. This event supported local food and art vendors with cash opportunities and created DJ promotional content to amplify their work.
🌾 Soil Regeneration & Organic Fertilizer Production: Partnered with a local farmer to highlight the importance of soil regeneration, leading to the funding and creation of 200+ liters of organic fertilizer, which was then donated to reforestation efforts, community gardens, and small farms.
🐝 Api-Permaculture Bee Hive Workshop: Hosted an educational, hands-on workshop on sustainable beekeeping and hive creation, led by a traveling expert. Result: 8 handmade hives were donated to a local farm that stewards Mariolas, Costa Rica’s native stingless bees.
🤸♂️ Movement for All: Offered free yoga and bodyweight training classes, led by both local instructors and international travelers, creating accessible spaces for physical well-being and joyful connection.
When the land housing Earth’s Song Eco Sanctuary was unexpectedly sold in early 2025, I made the intentional choice to close the physical doors with integrity and care. Rather than viewing it as an end, it became a moment of generous redirection.
The huge observation/meditation deck was donated to Salud Para Todos, a local non-profit that will begin construction on their new community wellness center in June 2025.
I coordinated the seamless donation of all sanctuary equipment—including yoga mats, art supplies, linens, books, and exercise tools—to community organizations and individuals who will carry the spirit of Earth’s Song forward.
This transition highlighted one of Earth’s Song’s greatest strengths: its deep-rooted community network and adaptable vision. The sanctuary is not confined to four walls—it’s a living mission, and I am confident in my ability to root and rebuild in alignment with this next chapter.

inspired to root?
If you resonate with the vision (woohoo for heart tingles!) and you feel called to co-create a sanctuary that heals land, honors community and leaves a lasting legacy - I’d love to connect. This isn’t just an investment; it’s an invitation to be part of something meaningful, rooted in integrity and guided by my heart and purpose.
