A Living Legacy
A regenerative sanctuary rooted in soul and stewardship
Why I am asking
This isn't a pitch from an organization — it's me, Tiara, asking directly. I've lived in Central America for years, not as a visitor but as someone who's worked the land alongside farmers, healers, and stewards here. This project is also my own path to putting down permanent roots — the funding target below is tied to securing my legal residency in Costa Rica, so this sanctuary can be built by someone who actually lives here, season after season, not someone parachuting in.
If you believe in what I'm building, any contribution moves this forward. There's no minimum that's "too small" to matter — every gift is a real vote of trust in this vision and in me.
The Vision
A Caribbean sanctuary where the rhythms of the Earth guide healing, sustainability, and community connection. Earth Song will be my personal home in the Caribbean corner of Costa Rica and a heart-led land project that opens seasonally for:
High-impact, intimate retreats
Community learning and wellness programs
The sanctuary is designed to be regenerative — for the land, the people who visit, and the surrounding community.
Why Now
We are living in a time of accelerated disconnection — from ourselves, from each other, and from the Earth. Costa Rica is changing fast, with rising tourism and disappearing forest. This is a critical window to protect land and build regeneratively, not extractively — and for me personally, it's the window to secure a stable, legal foothold here after years of showing up for this place.
Give What You Can
I’m calling in support at every level to help bring Earth's Song into full bloom and to help me secure long-term residency here.
Any amount — $100, $500, $50,000 — goes directly toward keeping this vision, and me, rooted here while Phase One comes together
No gift is too small to matter. If this resonates with you, I'd rather have your $50 than your silence
This isn't a business transaction — it's a devotional offering to the Earth, to healing, and to me as the person carrying this forward.
For larger gifts ($150,000+), here's what's offered in return:
A lifetime vacation home for you and your family (scheduled use of casita — amount of time dependent on donor amount)
Recognition as a founding donor and forest protector of Earth's Song
Optional partial repayment (up to $50,000) within 10 years, interest-free (the rest is considered gifted capital)
This is a model based on trust, not transaction — sacred reciprocity instead of ROI.
Who This is for
Believes in ethical, soulful land projects — and in backing the person, not just the plan
Wants a tangible, sacred place on the Caribbean coast of Costa Rica without the burden of management
Can contribute at any level, from a small gift of solidarity to $150,000+ for the land, legal fees, and foundational build using permaculture principles
Wants to leave a mark through regeneration, not extraction
Respects intuition, feminine leadership, holistic wellness & community
Proven impact: highlights
In our first year of opening (2024), Earth’s Song demonstrated meaningful impact across community engagement, education, cultural exchange, and environmental regeneration. Here are some of our highlights:
🌍 Welcoming the World: Hosted over 50 guests from 10 different countries, many of which we offered personalized nature-based services to nourish their nervous systems and spark deep inner transformation.
🔥 Community House Party (Organized in Under 72 Hours): Brought together 40+ attendees, including two local DJs, with zero damage or disturbances—just music, bonfires, card games, and new neighborhood connections. This event supported local food and art vendors with cash opportunities and created DJ promotional content to amplify their work.
🌾 Soil Regeneration & Organic Fertilizer Production: Partnered with a local farmer to highlight the importance of soil regeneration, leading to the funding and creation of 200+ liters of organic fertilizer, which was then donated to reforestation efforts, community gardens, and small farms.
🐝 Api-Permaculture Bee Hive Workshop: Hosted an educational, hands-on workshop on sustainable beekeeping and hive creation, led by a traveling expert. Result: 8 handmade hives were donated to a local farm that stewards Mariolas, Costa Rica’s native stingless bees.
🤸♂️ Movement for All: offered yoga and bodyweight training classes, led by both local instructors and international travelers, creating accessible spaces for physical well-being and joyful connection.
When the land housing Earth’s Song Eco Sanctuary was unexpectedly sold in early 2025, I made the intentional choice to close the physical doors with integrity and care. Rather than viewing it as an end, it became a moment of generous redirection.
The observation/meditation deck was donated to Salud Para Todos, a local non-profit that will begin construction on their new community wellness center in June 2025.
I coordinated the seamless donation of all sanctuary equipment—including yoga mats, art supplies, linens, books, and exercise tools—to community organizations and individuals who will carry the spirit of Earth’s Song forward.
This transition highlighted one of Earth’s Song’s greatest strengths: its deep-rooted community network and adaptable vision. The sanctuary is not confined to four walls—it’s a living mission, and I am confident in my ability to root and rebuild in alignment with this next chapter.
